In 1994, Cape Cod Charitable FunRaisers Inc. was granted it's 501-c-3 nonprofit corporation status from the IRS. We are located in Barnstable County, Massachusetts. Our mission is to design, organize, and implement special events for the benefit of other 501-c-3 nonprofit organizations headquartered on Cape Cod and the Islands.
One of the unique foundations of CCCF Inc events are the concept of choice and guarantee. We pledge to all of our event participants and sponsors that 100% of the money they raise and donate in conjunction with a particular event, will be directed to a participating agency of their choice. If the participant or sponsor does not have a specific choice, we are happy to split their funds among all the benefiting agencies for that particular event. This pledge of choice and guarantee are the bedrock of the Cape Cod Charitable organization and the basis under which we run all of our charitable events.
Our philosophy in regard to our beneficiaries is one of empowerment instead of entitlement. We strive to provide an atmosphere and structure that will allow our participating agencies the opportunity to develop significant revenue streams while minimizing the time, effort, and talent that is required to execute a special event. Organizations are asked to provide some limited assistance in the running of our events in order to have sufficient staffing as well as giving the organization a sense of propriety about that event. By and large, any organization taking part in one of our events will spend a vast majority of their time and effort in the pursuit of activities that will positively effect their individual fundraising total.
CCCF Inc is lucky to have a Board of Directors that has stood the test of time and diversity. They are:
J. William (Bill) Murphy, President and Founder
Karen Fuller, Treasurer
Sue Chapman, Clerk
Ray DuBois, Director
M. Christopher Murphy, Director
